Prose:
Is the normal style of most literature (sentences and paragraphs) that people use when writing and speaking.The elements of prose include characters, setting, plot, point of view, mood, and theme.
The following features of prose make it unique from other forms of writing. 
Elements or Structure of prose:
1.Written using paragraphs
2.May contain dialogue
3.Can be either fiction or nonfiction
4.Can have headings and/or subheadings
5.Can be accompanied by graphics (illustrations, charts, or photos)
Prose can take several forms:
1.Biography
2.Autobiography
3.Essay
4.Novel
5.Short Story
6.Novella
7.Articles
8.Magazines
9.Fables
10.Folktales

Poetry
Poetry is a written form that expresses emotions, observations and feelings through rhythmic cadence. Poetry creates word pictures, describes moments, objects or ideas and expresses feelings. Free verse poems do not rhyme. Lyrical poems use imagery to express feeling and use rhythm, regular meter and rhyme.
Elements or Structure of poetry:
Rhyme – Two or more words which match in the same last sound (bat,cat, sat ).
Rhythm – The beat or cadence of poetry.  A fast rhythm indicates action, excitement, tension, or suspense. A slow rhythm suggests peacefulness, fullness, harmony, and comfort. Often, a change in rhythm signals a change in action or a change in meaning.
Pattern of Rhyme or Rhyme Scheme–

Mood: The feeling the author is trying to convey
Meter: A rhythmic pattern of stressed and unstressed syllables.
Verse: A line of poetry
Stanza: A stanza is to a poem what a paragraph is to prose. In poetry, each line of words is placed within a stanza. A stanza is group of lines that convey an idea.
Theme: The message or the lesson the author is trying to convey

Drama: is a unique tool to explore and express human feeling. It is
a story acted out in front of people or an audience. A drama can be a play, a puppet show, a reader's theatre that can be performed. Dramas are written in the form of a script.
The structural elements of drama include:
characters/parts
dialogue
setting
descriptions
acts
scenes
stage directions
There are several features of drama that make it unique from other forms of writing. 
These are:
1.Have stage directions
2.Contains a list of characters
3.Written to be performed
4.Written in the form of a script (dialogue)
5.Include directions for costuming and physically setting a stage
